context menu items velocity: move to disk

Description

Move all velocity scripts for context menu items to theire web-projects (on disk) into /templates/celContextMenu/<contextMenuCssClassName>. Call the scripts with parse('') from the context menu item object.

This ensures better versioning and moves the scripts to developer/eclipse focus.
